Foriam Homes is a website designed to pair new home buyers with well-built affordable housing in areas of Texas with housing shortages. That’s it, in a nutshell. With East Texas bringing in new businesses and populations starting to swell, we figured that we could take what we have (Land), apply some “elbow grease” (Develop the land ourselves), and provide new neighbors with an affordable place to call home. We have several tracts available right now. They are all at different stages of completion, and could all be under contract by the end of the week if buyers want to take the ball and run with it.
